Qualified immunity makes a whipping boy out of the
master for the sins of the servant.
New Mexico is considered a bill that would have the
taxpayers reimbursing law breaking police for their
legal expenses after stripping the police of their
qualified immunity.
The whole idea is crime results in punishment.
When punishment doesn’t work the criminal must
be locked up to prevent them from causing injury
or harm to others.
Congress can make no law that infringes on our rights.
They never created qualified immunity.
The Supreme Court created qualified immunity and
absolute Immunity for police, district attorneys, judges
legislators and the executive branch.
