Excellent video Bill.

I've only watched half of it so far (slow internet), but that's exactly the kind of video that I need to make about what's been happening at Torrey Pines and with USHPA.

Thanks for such a clear example of how to do it right.

I’ve seen on Cop Block: “Badges don’t grant extra rights.”

MR. JUSTICE MARSHALL delivered the opinion of the Court.
394 U.S. 731 (1969)
FRAZIER v. CUPP, WARDEN.
No. 643.
Supreme Court of United States.
Decided April 22, 1969.

The police are absolutely within their legal right to lie to you or use deception in order to get a confession or information.

You can not lie to the police because you can be charged with a crime if you do.

The saying, “Badges don’t grant extra rights,” is technically correct.

One shouldn’t be concerned with the badge but the person behind the badge is the one that the Supreme Court has ruled to have extra rights that you don’t.

The gov. lied- Use the police to break someone financially.

This is how the people in power use the police to put enough financial pressure on individuals to shut them up especially if the victim is right.
Do any viewers know someone that has experienced this first hand?

Great post Bill!!!!!      I certainly get the connection!!!!

JC Playford is rapidly becoming my hero. He's a little rough around the edges some times, but he knows how to get to the heart of a problem, and he knows his stuff.

Thanks for sharing this one. It was particularly interesting to hear the comments about the Chamber of Commerce. It turns out that our former Mayor Jerry Sanders (who was also former Chief of Police - and possibly knew Jebb) is now the head of the Chamber of Commerce. He also endorsed our current Mayor Faulconer. Funny how everything fits together when you start to see all the pieces.

But back to JC ... I've been very impressed by how he defends his rights and the rights of others. Thanks JC!!
