Warren, my friend, every warrior needs a little R&R once in a while. Come to Southern California and fly with us. There's a sunny beach (currently named "Dockweiler") where Joe Faust and I will be playing in the sand with Little Hawk and other flying contraptions tomorrow ... and hopefully into the foreseeable future. Please come join us some time and recharge those 60 year old bones. It's never too late.
Until then, please keep fighting the good fight, but take a little time to breath the air and enjoy the fact that you're still with us. We're glad to have you.
Sincerely, Bob Kuczewski

My question referred to known laws of physics that happen to have been altered on 9/11
Do you have any more proof of altered laws of physics other than that video?
One altered law of physics isn't enough to push past the cognitive dissonance? Oh my..
If not, and if you're not willing to put forth your own hypothesis, then I think there isn't much more to talk about
My hypothesis is as worthless as yours. The real question is can you support an honest re-investigation of the facts and acts perpetrated against the American people, and others, on 9/11 2001?
I'll say again, that I do share your concerns about the government using 9/11 as an excuse to tighten its grip on our lives.
Tightened grip?
But I think they're being opportunists in taking advantage of that unfortunate event rather than having directly caused it.
No one has made any claims here about who "caused" 9/11 but a real investigation is the first step in answering that.
I'm sorry if that's not enough for you, but I'll remind you that it's not the cause of the excuse that's the problem. The problem is that we tolerate our loss of freedom under any excuse.
What is not good enough for me is that so many acquiesce and tolerate propaganda of physically impossible conspiracy theories painted by those who are at the same time stealing our freedoms, resources and our lives.

The word "warrior" means different things to different people and I'm no warrior Someone yelling fire at the doorstep of your burning home is no warrior.
Free, The Senator mentioned the word war more than 15 times I'm guessing as a reason for this new law. Could you tell me what the date was that congress declared war and on whom/who?

Hi Bill, Thanks for asking even though I believe you know the answer. I thought someone else might answer or at least consider what you were really saying.
Maybe they were afraid to answer for pragmatic reasons of go along to get along with a paranoid, out of control, big brother government that fears every child and grandmother is a domestic terrorist threat while our borders are wide open to any and all.
Of course congress has not declared war since WW2. Now, through criminal legalese they are tyrannically declaring war against the American people.
President Obama quietly waited weeks to sign the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) legislation on New Year's Eve after publicly threatening to veto the bill that, among other things, authorizes the indefinite detention of American citizens.
Obama's signing statement tries to reassure observers that he wouldn't use the "law" to detain citizens, but that is an illusion; his signing statement is meaningless, and the establishment occupying Washington have pulled a hoax on The People in violation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights to enslave them.
But you can't legalize tyranny. One of the nation's most well known legal precedents, Marbury vs. Madison, set in 1803, makes clear that any "law" that is "repugnant to the Constitution is null and void."
The blatant unconstitutional powers enacted in the legislature and executive branch is backfiring, however. This crowning act of tyranny is awakening people to the true intentions of Big Government in its takeover. The NDAA is so openly in violation of the American way, that Obama had to play lip-service to it in his signing statement language, even as he gave it the power of law.
Critics in the ACLU and Human Rights centers have abandoned their comfort zones and attacked the president from the left for crossing the Rubicon on rights, as they rightly should.
Now is the time for more to join that call; for Americans of all stripes to speak out against so-called "laws" that enable blatant political targeting of dissidents and declare a war against the citizens of this country. Make no mistake, if we sit idly by and let this precedent become accepted-- like the Patriot Act, with the appearance of law-- more and more unconstitutional legislation will obviously take hold.

Warren, if you think a law was broken, then please report it to the proper authorities. Is that simple enough to understand?

Regarding the war on drugs, I know that drugs can be extremely damaging to people and their lives. I know that from first hand experience with people whose lives have been ruined.
And you failed to study the issue enough to have the knowledge that the laws create most of this damage to their lives. You were more angered by the messenger telling you that the government/military/industrial complex uses soldiers to protect poppy fields than what that implies. Have you bothered to look further?
I've seen much more damage done to people by illegal drugs than was done to them by being jailed for using illegal drugs. Indeed, being jailed for using illegal drugs is part of the damage done by illegal drugs since everyone knows that going to jail is a potential side-effect of that use. And yet they do it anyway. That's how powerful drugs are on the human body. They're powerful because they hijack the body's own internal signalling mechanisms. The body was carefully designed (by God or evolution - your choice) to provide those signals to shape productive behavior. The use of those same (or similar) chemicals for "recreation" undermines those signalling mechanisms ... and the productive behavior. It's like holding a blow torch to your home thermostat and wondering why the heater won't kick on in subzero weather.
Also let me correct you that I was not "angered" by you telling me that the "government/military/industrial complex uses soldiers to protect poppy fields". I just think you're wrong. I also think you're wrong that the US government was behind the 9/11 attacks. I also think you're wrong that the World Trade Center towers fell "faster than gravity". In fact, I took the time to do the analysis on that one (http://ushawks.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=881&p=3861#p3860), but you ignored it because it didn't fit what you wanted to believe. None of these things anger me, but they do make me question your ability to think rationally.
P.S. Here's what I wrote to you at the end of that topic on January 3rd of 2012:

Let me extend that offer to you again. May 23rd, 2014 will be the 44th anniversary of the first "Otto Lilienthal Meet" back in 1971. We're getting a bunch of us together to enjoy a day on the beach with lots of flying things. Please come out and join us. It would be good to meet you in person. I mean this most sincerely.

Why is Davis not on this forum?
Davis doesn't cave to commercial interests. If the new WW glider sucks, he says so.
Davis doesn't cave to the massive paragliding industry wallet.
Davis's OZ Report gave me a hang gliding news alternative to the USHPA propaganda when I boycotted the association.
Davis does have a HUGE political slant. His reporting is NOT inbiased. Nor does it have to be. The OZ Report is HIS blog. He is free to say black is white - or in the case of his global warming obsession, cold is hot.
Many people don't know it, but Davis "erases" people with whom he can't win an argument. I know because it happened to me.
I had asked Regional Director Candidate Bill Helliwell a couple of very reasonable questions about his stance on open voting by the USHPA Board of Directors. Davis removed my posts from the topic, banned me, and eventually deleted the questions I had asked. He didn't make an announcement that he was doing it. I was just silently ... gone. I also lost access to all of my personal messages that I had exchanged with other pilots on his forum.
So Davis won't come to this forum because too many of us ... know what he's done.
