Just wanted to view this and only had access to the sD6vgO9URB8 part of the video. I couldn't remember what to type ahead to bring it up on Youtube so I brought it here because I knew Bob had it already figured out for us. Once I viewed it I decided rather than just delete it after viewing I would go ahead and post it. This young man's life was about to go south with a false police report but a security camera caught the young mans truthful side of the story for the public to see. Without this video which story would have been believed? The Boy's or the two officers that were oath takers?
Did you ever watch Judge Judy? Did you ever notice that Judge Judy will not accept notarized statements from witnesses if they were not in court for her to question them. Did you ever notice that she will admit a police report without the police being in court to answer her questions (or allow the accused to face their accusers)? Keep this scenario in mind while your watch the short video below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVxDBALR858 (three minutes) (three minutes)
On the third posting up (counting this post) the youtube video is no longer coming up at least on my computer. I found the video again and this time will post the entire url to make a clickable link to youtube rather than an embedded video that for some reason or several won't work any more. The video is very well put together and it gives the follow up story as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=emmoJvpSGyw

Yes. I think the narrator was clearly wrong by saying: "There are no good cops." I've seen some good ones here in San Diego.
But I've also seen some very bad ones. Citizens shouldn't have to be gambling on which versions show up.

Correct. We have a hero police officer, Donald Venable, here in Las Cruces. He saved a choking infants life. News from the Las Cruces Sun News Tuesday September 29, 2015 Page 4a. Of course another bad cop story made the front page.
