Remember when the CDC said Ebola is not likely to come to the US?
It's much like the Gillette Track III ---because you'll believe anything!

Hey Bill!!!
I just heard this on the radio this morning (October 1st). Thanks to your quick reporting, if I'd checked the US Hawks last night, I'd have gotten the news even sooner!!!
Your title says it all:
"Ebola unlikely here in U.S. --well guess what?"
Our ability to trust our government is at an all time low.
Terrorists + Ebola + Open Boarders = Disaster

We already know there are people in the world with the resources and the will come to the United States, learn how to fly airplanes, and crash them into buildings. That's an indisputable fact.
How hard would it be for those same kinds of people to infect themselves with ebola, walk across our porous borders and start shaking hands in front of Wal Mart?
We can't even contain one single solitary case of ebola ... in a hospital designated for just that purpose!!!
Imagine what would happen if a group of dedicated terrorists were intentionally spreading it to our general public?
The open border situation is a disaster waiting to happen, and the ebola epidemic is just highlighting our vulnerability at this time. Yes, we should be working on a cure or a vaccine, and that is our long-term defense against any disease. But until we have such a cure or have all of our people vaccinated, we have to stop the immediate threat ... right now. What good does it do us to be screening passengers on airlines when hoards of unscreened people are flooding across our borders every day?

I posted this to CBS Jonathan LaPook:
Dr. Jonathan Lapook, On the CBS evening news ( 10/13/2014), just before your appearance about EBOLA, a video of people protesting their concerns shows them improperly wearing cloth respirator masks. I emailed all the major networks about this same misuse of respirators by the 911 rescuers and no network carried this problem onto the public.
Many died years later due to the exposure to asbestos and other deadly particulate inhaled at the twin towers during that rescue and cleanup.
These victims could have been saved if only the word had been passed on that all of the pictures shown on the news made it plain as day that most were not trained how to properly wear a respirator.
THAT DAMN SHINNY SILVER METAL BAND MUST, --I REPEAT MUST, BE PRESSED ---TIGHT--- TO TAKE THE SHAPE OF THE NOSE, LEFT AND RIGHT CHEEK!!!! THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO ELIMINATE THE AIR LEAK ON EITHER SIDE OF THE NOSE!!
EVERY PICTURE SHOWN OF THE EMERGENCY WORKERS WEARING A RESPIRATOR IS PROOF POSITIVE THAT THEY WERE NOT PROTECTED.
I expect that this notice will also not make it to news networks informing the emergency workers, on EBOLA, because just like 911 more deaths makes more news copy.

I hear now that a second nurse from Texas came down with the Ebola virus and was on a flight to Ohio
