But that was in 2012, when they banned Joe for talking about paraglider collapse.
There were only around 1000 PG fatalities back then. 800 or 900, I thought at the time.
They thought it was funny. That hang glider pilots would make such a big deal about it.
Hang gliders collapse, too, they'd say, as if that had anything to do with paragliding. Or reality.
Since then, PG fatalities have nearly doubled to close to 1,800, increasing by about the same number as every pilot in history who has ever died on a hang glider.
That was - and is - a big issue. We were banned for talking about how to stop a slaughter.
Forgive me, but the whole thing on HG.org is a tiny issue, in my eyes.
