The first original post of Hawk891 included three subject matters for discussion, Hawk891 was a gay pilot, was anonymous so his Christian Parents would not find out, and was looking for a forum where he could openly discuss the LGBTQ community within the Recreational Hang Gliding Community having to do with his sexual orientation.

To clarify, the tiny corner of the USA called USHawks forum has very many sections in it as a gift of a limited-funded recreational hang glider pilot. Most of the sections of the forum are for a focus on recreational hang gliding. The billions of issues in the world do not form the focus of a constrained place to deal with recreational hang gliding.

Losing focus and having no moderation constraints for a fine-tuned-focused recreational forum allows destroyers to fill up the limited-time-space that focused visitors have. RHG (recreational hang gliding) visitors time-and-attention budget is limited;

Have topics in general hang gliding be about hang gliding.

Ball-point-pen collectors or historical bonnet students may hang glide; it would be off focus for a hang glider pilot who studies bonnets to run a robust bonnet forum within the General Hang Gliding space just because bandwidth seems offered to trusted posters. Incidentally mentioning hang gliding in a push to present a robust bonnet forum within a RHG forum misses the point of the forum; hopefully the moderator would cut the bonnet forum out and put it in the Free Speech area where bonnet students may develop polite bonnet posts.

The forum owner nor the advisory board here has specifically made any rule about "ball-point-pen collectors" or "bonnet students" or ______ (billions of non-HG-focused topics). I would guess many special interest persons might use bandwidth anywhere they could simply by incidentally mentioning "hang gliding" as some magic key. Politicians might start opening topics within hang-gliding focused forum; hey, just incidentally write the words hang gliding and then do the campaigning push, etc.

Off load parts; set up ramp; off-load wing; rig wing; don helmet and harness; clear; fly off ramp.

In HG it is generally shared: Operate so as not to hurt people and things; keep proper distance; recommend helmets for helpers, etc.

Should Joe Faust list the sexual orientation of the pilot on the USHGRS, if the Pilot specifically requests his/her sexual orientation be listed his/her USHGRS listing?

Should the government require Joe Faust to list the sexual orientation of the pilot on the USHGRS if the Pilot specifically requests his/her sexual orientation be listed his/her USHGRS listing?

Is Joe Faust discriminating against the pilot based on sex and sexual orientation if he refuses to comply with the pilot’s wishes or the government’s demands?

Since the US Hawks are so committed to being moral up right citizens:

Should Joe Faust list convicted sexual predators on the USHGRS?

And what about Mothers Against Drunk Driving:

Should Joe Faust list convicted DUI’s and drug convictions on the USHGRS?

We do want our Hang Gliding Community safe, don’t we?
