I’m told that my last post on the hg.org was the summer of 2011.
I had been lurking here at the US Hawks back then for several months. I was vetting Bob K. due to pilots over on the oz report calling him a liar about the situation at Torrey Pines.
I went to the San Diego dot gov. site and was able to verify independently all but one aspect.
I then called Bob and told him the San Diego City website had not posted the Law Suit settlement that he had been alluding to.
(Apparently the City had removed the embarrassing breach of their duty under the legal settlement.)
A short time later Bob called the City then called me back and told me the City had posted the settlement decision.
Everything was there in black and white just as Bob had posted at the US Hawks and the oz report.
As for Jack (sg) at hg.org no third party verification was needed. His banning, censoring, (Topic Locked.) libelous deformation of character were obvious in my opinion. See screen shots elsewhere on the US Hawks. Jack changed the text on a post from Al Hernandez. This was not the only text changes that Jack did to other people that posted.
I learned that these things were going on at hg.org back in 2011.
I decided to leave hg.org and never log on or post there again.
I was totally embarrassed that anyone would see me associated with hg.org.
No doubt when Jack reads this he will go back to my 2011 posts and alter those long standing posts to impugn my character.
This should make the screen shots indisputable evidence for my lawyer.
Al may not have the money to push back but that’s not the case with me.
For those of you that hadn’t been following the banning of Joe Faust search here for copies of that
breach of Jack’s own stated rules (edicts) by Jack himself. If you are still a member find the original posts (if they haven’t been altered yet.) If you find any difference there are screen shots already posted here at the Hawks.
Won’t it be nice when hg.org members finally realize that to be associated with Jack or hg.org will tarnish their reputation if it hasn’t done so already.
I’m convinced that no amount of push back or calling out Jack for the unfair treatment of Joe Faust and others will have any affect on Jack’s behavior.
That Joe’s USHGRS had no connection with ANY organization (That’s right folks. Not even the US HAWKS.) fell on deaf ears at hg.org. Joe even stated his rating system was not part of any organization or business. But so many wrapped up in the spewing of hate by sg had their reading comprehension affected.
I support Joe Faust and his USHGRS. (UNITED STATES HANG GLIDING RATING SYSTEM.)
There is no point in me posting this at hg.org since it wouldn't be allowed to stand.
We all know that most of the hg.org pilots are reading this right here at the US Hawks.
