Thanks Sam. That was from some video of my longest flight to date - 4 hours and 7 minutes at Torrey last year.

I think that's the first flight where my neck really started getting tired. I relieved it a little by flying upright from time to time. I always remember Joe Greblo saying that advanced pilots don't spend nearly enough time flying in the upright position, and so they lose touch with those skills. So when I'm not worried about the additional drag, I try to fly upright for a little while during my longer flights. It's also fun to practice handling the glider from the upright position.
