Doug Carmichael (an original pilot / witness / attendee ) has corresponded
with Joe Faust & presented several rare , vintage photos from his archive, and authored a story of the event -
We hope to add that finished edited story soon to the US HAWKS web site

Through recent Facebook membership, I have made some "re-connections" with several
original USHGA members - & sent invitations to them about the May 23 event.

We have sent out invitation to Larry Dighera , who's father shot the 8mm film of that original day's flying & we look forward to a positive reply soon from Mr. D on his attendance-
