Smithsonian and HGs

Many interfaces of hang gliders with Smithsonian Institute have occurred. Details for such are invited in this thread. A comprehensive result is sought. Paresev has interface. Icarus I by Taras Kiceniuk has some interface. Delta Wings Kites & Gliders, Inc. has some interface. But more. Seek images of further past than the mid-1900s kiting renaissance (gliding tensionally-hung payloads that then employed the kiting aerodynamic principles). Seek current status on projects.

Start:
Paresev 1A on display for the world: (FAA N9765C is shown on the displayed hang glider). FAA registered hang glider in February of 1962 from the Burbank, California, office. Owners: NASA and Flight Research Center.

And a later in history: Delta Wigs Kites & Gliders, Inc. (that featured the ancient Santos-Dumont A-frame or Breslau 1908 A-frame which had the exact cable-staying with hung-from-keel pilot for foot launch hang gliding). Manned-kite for boat ski-tow-launch and water landing.
