Rick, Again, I'm with you. This guy needs a real wing.

For me, flight as a 5yr old, was from atop the rabbit hutch, ~7ft. I remember my grandfather Sam, massaging my sprained ankle as I laid on the ground sobbing.
His explanation was something like, jumping off heights might hurt my body, more or less, I was not a bird.

How lucky we are to live in the age that allows man flight.

Long live the airframe

Maybe you could tow Jeb up with a Corvette or Viper.
Not sure about the release. Maybe run it by Tad.

Who would've guessed?
Jeb Corliss started base jumping because he was suicidal.

I think he got the "flying dream" mixed up with the "falling dream".

They're very different dreams and lead to very different sports!!

You might be on to something there, Bob. I think hang glider pilots look forward to going up, not down, and when we do go down, the faster we go down, the worse we regard our flight.

Here is another failed wing suit base jump.

This jumper survived.

Looks like Jeb Corliss hit a rock in his wingsuit and broke both legs.
Can't say I'm surprised.
I am surprised he's still alive.
