How to post Videos
Posted: Fri Jul 22, 2011 8:27 pmThis forum is all about posting videos. I've added a new "youtube" button on the posting toolbar and when you push it, you'll get something like this:
[youtube][/youtube]
After you've done that, then all you need to do is put the YouTube identifier between those two tags. For example, if the YouTube identifier is "DvITguK5fQQ", then here's what your tag should look like:
[youtube]DvITguK5fQQ[/youtube]
Here's what you should get when you view it:
That's all there is to it!! So please start posting your favorite YouTube videos to this forum!!
The forum now supports linking to "Vimeo" videos as well as "YouTube". In both cases, you simply include the "ID" string between the tags. So the previous YouTube video would look like this:
[youtube]DvITguK5fQQ[/youtube]
Similarly, the Vimeo links below would look like this:
[vimeo]286709941[/vimeo]
[vimeo]286965017[/vimeo]
Here's how they will appear in your post:
