I may have identified the speed flyer as a 2000 year old immortal Roman soldier Longinus who is cursed with immortality (in capable of death)

The short version is Longinus was the Roman soldier who made sure Jesus was dead by cutting his leg artery with a spear, and thus he was sentenced to immortality so he would take many wives over and over and see each one pass before him over and over as punishment.


The paraglider pilot in the video is immortal, other wise he would be a goner.
