Along with fake news and fake tweets, "fake warbler" has become a hot news topic of late.
The recent uncovering of a plot to substitute pulled pork for genuine Ozone Warbler by an intrepid group of fake warblers had led to the discovery of an underground Internet manual describing how to evade capture by denying everything.

"We are disturbed and outraged by this subversive group in our midst," said a professor from the university, disturbingly. "It is difficult enough to determine what is going on with the Ozone Warbler without a bunch of nitwits obfuscating the criteria."
The group, composed of undergraduate taxidermists, denies everything.

Taxidermists search for the egg of an Ozone Warbler.
"We are worried that the egg may have cracked when the Ozone Warbler caromed off the stone wall as it made its nesting crater," said a taxidermist.
Unfortunately, no egg was found.

A novice taxidermist cautiously approaches the nest of an Ozone Warbler.
"I think I see it in there!" he shouts to the master taxidermist below. "Wadda I do now?"
"Just reach in there and grab it by its ankle," responds the master taxidermist. "Be quick," he adds.
"Why do I gotta be quick?" asks the novice, nervously.

Annoyed by the approaching taxidermists, the Ozone Warbler leaps, clucking and snapping, from its nesting crater in the cactus patch.
"Wadda I do? Wadda I do?" cries the novice taxidermist as he attempts to fend off the angry creature.
"Put a bag over its head!" replies the master taxidermist. "That'll calm it down."
"Hey! It worked," grins the novice, pleased.
