At 6'5" I don't fit well in most ovens/deep fryers or dinner tables :).

Happy Thanks Giving Everyone. Well I hope to refrain from what I usually do on Thanks Giving. That is I hope to not commit anabolism. For after all at My Core I am a Turkey.


OFF SUBJECT QUESTION:

My Doctor told Me that He wanted Me to raise My A1C Number by One POINT< How do I raise My A!C number with out raising MY Glucose number?
