We will also have our normal Second Sunday food and drinks, and my Falcon 195 should be available all day for anyone who wants to take it for a flight.

Here are some pictures from our Second Sunday in November, 2013 ...

Unfortunately, the winds were too light for sustained flight.

A few paragliders gave it a try, and here's what they looked like when we last saw them (on their way to the beach):

Bob muchas gracias amigo for your enthusiastic help and support. :srofl:
Hawks, clearly I would not have been welcome at Torrey in any degree if not for Bob. The owner/operator of the place just gave me the cold shoulder, which was fine by me, but puzzling, to say the least. Clearly, in his mind I am one of "them" and what I have to sell is of no interest. :crazy:
Bob made my visit worthwhile by opening his wallet and buying seven (7) of my thrilling novels, all of them with words in 'em, which is all it takes to push my buttons. I only sold one (1) more book, to some kid from China, who I hope was old enough to read it but I'm not so sure. :lol:

You're more than welcome Ole!!

It's been almost three years since these pictures were taken, but I still have your books on my desk.

The outreach we did that day (letting people stand by Little Hawk for pictures) is no longer allowed at Torrey, and USHPA is refusing to renew the Torrey Hawks Chapter Status.    :(

But the US Hawks has grown and grown.    :D
