For Flying HG's San Diego is blessed with so Many Inland, and Coastal sites. I May very well will want to Fly where I will launch from the Torrey Pines Launch. i guess that I will be able to launch from the Torrey Pines Public owned Properties concessioner approves of My Launching From City owned Property, I will not be harassed by this Concessioner who has been endowed with the Power to decide WHAT pERSON uses this Publicly owned Cliff.
