Most folks don't know this, but the Torrey concession ("Air California Adventure") run by Robin Marien has been trying to drag Majiemae into court for posting those video clips of our own San Diego City Council meetings.
The City of San Diego already posts the full video on their web site after every meeting, and anyone can download the full video and watch it. But Robin Marien and his lawyer (Christopher Saldana) have been claiming that just clipping out one portion and posting it here on the U.S. Hawks becomes "defamation". They're using the court system to try to intimidate her. It's disgusting.
