Way #???
Find a minimum set of rules that might open Dockweiler 7/52 to open free recreational hang gliding ALONGSIDE a permitted set of commercial instructors.

Bring a rope ladder where rung spaces are fabric filled; anchor the special rope ladder to extant launch-area poles. Drape the special fabric-rope ladder down the bluff slope. Use the device for climbing back up the slope to save the slope slipping and experience an efficient climb up the slope.

Alternative using pilot power without compressing the pilot's spine:

When the loop is not being used within a flight session, then the lower pulley could be detached from the buried sandbag anchor; then the loop could relax onto the ground.

Plank for placing wing a bit higher in lift zone of light breeze. One image shows alternative support for the plank.

A Butt/Keel pusher is great for an extra boost for placing the wing a bit higher in the lift zone and also doubles up to carry the glider back up the hill.

Pulley at the top of the sand dune.
Man goes down the hill with one end of the rope.
Pulls the man and glider up the hill that is at the
other end of the rope.
