Honoring the rich history and bright future of gliding at Dockweiler Beach

August 2, 2014: Dockweiler site notes

A FDGS member Eleta E. (first cousin to me) and her friend Joe (not me) showed to view gliding for the first time. Eleta thought she might see her cousin. Did not; so she called me: I heard the wind and some on-site reporting. She met FDGS member Ian Brubaker. Two more humans seeing for the first time other humans foot-launching into gliding flight!

My Dockweiler energy today was placed deeply into a novel arrangement for a rotating tumbling wing to spice the side skies at certain times at Dockweiler soon enough. Plans will become a gift to some visitors of the site. One version is an "under one-minute make" and storage-in-a-can. No name yet for the item.
