My name is Christian Lee, and I am applying for H3 Rating based on my USHPA(#58029) H3 rating with Skills AWCL/CL/FL/FSL/TUR.
My USHPA rating was issued by George Reeves / Andy Beem, Windsports, on 10/22/1994 and has expired Oct 31,2019 due to the not renewing membership.

Technically, I think our procedures allow us to issue ratings without a vote based on the existence of a prior rating. But it's also been customary to have a vote of the Board when the rating is expired.

  MOTION: I hereby move that we issue a U.S. Hawks H3 rating to Christian Lee based on the evidence provided.
