Trial Board, I see no areas of modification that I would make to these two paragraphs of agreements, definitions, and disclaimer.
After a quorum for discussion has reviewed this new motion I will be ready to either second or vote on the motion to pass as written. Is there any discussion?

Any Board Members who haven't yet voted are invited to cast their vote for the record. But since some Board Members might not check in for some amount of time (they may be on vacation or otherwise unable to reply), I'll be moving topics to the public area as soon as they've passed a majority of all possible votes.

Note that we still have to establish time limits on things like this. It's convenient that we can vote on our own time, but it also opens up a few problems that are not present in actual meetings. I'm sure we can work out something as we progress.
