Is there something else we should know about this post? Along the lines of why you created a thread for it here. It seems to be a message to (my guess) Davis Straub. Very curious is all. Thanks, D H.

Hi Bob,

Its best for a referee to throw a yellow flag immediately. Referees are trained not to think too long about it. If it is a mistake the ref can pick up the flag negating the call.
I think the Dallas Cowboys NFL playoff game had a ref pick up a yellow flag because it was a mistake.

I posted it here to be respectful of Davis and play by his rules.

Rather than get involved in the drama I used my time to research why Tow vehicles are not required backup cameras.

Backup cameras are becoming commonplace on today’s new cars and trucks — the government’s made them mandatory by 2018

Hi Doug,

Thanks for the note. It does feel to me like I'm walking on egg shells over in the land of Oz. But I think I'm getting with the program, and it's turning out to be somewhat nice because it helps me fend off all the personal attacks against me.    : )

I think the backup cameras are a great idea. It looks like there was some discussion about having an observer on tow vehicles. I think the cameras are a great addition, but I would personally still want an extra observer anyway. But then I'm still fairly chicken about towing in general, so that might be overkill.

Thanks for all the posts!!!!
