Found out today that the negligence case against Air California Adventure Inc. where Bob K was deposed as an expert witness was (effectively) settled on March 4th. It will be formally dismissed by the Judge 45 days later (just after mid April).

Odd how Tim Herr shows up at the u$hPa RD meeting a week after the case is settled and then acts to convince the BOD to move toward the expulsion of Bob from the Assoc. Then, a few days after the negligence case is formally dismissed, the u$hPa will hold its (figurative) lynchin' party to make Bob's dismissal from the Association formal.

Odd how the timing of events has worked out. u$hPa may not be able to be accused of retaliating against a witness if the case in which that witness participated is over.

 . . . .. . . . 8-)

I am interested in the number of active ushpa members of us hawks who are Texas residents. For a flanking maneuver.

USHawks Chapter 4

There's a lot of peer pressure down here.

Our Reg. Director resigned before the end of the term. u$hPa, at the last meeting, appointed their choice to replace him. You know that old political tactic.

So our new Director person/operation is new to this Region and heavily involved in the joy ride flight park scene that they brought with them. Sound like Torrey?

May be doing some good here for the established pilot population

but so far have been difficult to work with, from my point of view, protecting their own interests,

Unwilling to assist in efforts that would, IMO, lay ground work for future growth.

Looks like Texas Constitutional Voting Rights are being violated by u$hPa policy and bullying.
You need 2 Texas members to confidentially start an Attorney General investigation.

With another expulsion the person had a long record of problems which included many warnings from a local level before it came to an expulsion. I guess there must be a similar track record of Bob's infractions and warnings that finally led to this.

MGF and BOD, see if the following video with BobK as "Father" and the son as the BOD,
might help you guys dismiss the case and replace the case with a Presidential Citation for Positive Works.

Joe,

You have the gift to see things that many others simply cannot.

Thanks for your kindness and friendship.

I look forward to celebrating another of Otto's Birthdays with you.
