A regional director at ushpa would get a packet of their responsibilities and fiduciary liabilities, the treasurer has more liabilities. Can someone post the director agreement?

It is also not known if any ushpa directors have stock or ownership in offshore paragliding factories, not that its illegal, its not disclosed.

The FAA requires a health check or statement periodically to keep your pilots license. Hang gliding lets you keep your rating for life once it is achieved.

After you get your hang 3 or hang 4 you can quit ushpa, get private insurance $1million plus $1million(land owner some sites) and attempt to fly a ushpa site in California. If that site refuses to let you fly then present them with a cease a and desist letter worded nicely and foward a copy to
http://www.insurance.ca.gov/
http://www.insurance.ca.gov/01-consumer ... 112014.pdf

The site should allow you to fly.

If not a powered harness can get you airborne next to the site and you can shut it off and fly that airspace.

I found this in my In Box earlier today, apparently forwarded to me from the original receiver of the message.

Seems important to me and pretty clearly connected with the u$hPa BOD's expulsion proceedings against Bob K.

Seems that u$hPa's number ONE reason for expelling Bob K just may fit within the description of "criminal acts". 19 BOD members and one US Corporation guilty? I'd call this a very serious and REAL game of (u$hPa) Monopoly!

And for those that haven't visited the Oz Report Forum * recently, . . . On page 47 of the "Goodbye Bob K" thread is a post by username "spec out hi". It helps make better sense of the below info. [ link - http://ozreport.com/forum/viewtopic.php ... &start=468 ]

Hawks,
Is there a phone number to call to hear the USHPA expulsion hearing in progress?

Will it also be on line?
Where does one log on if so?

What time Wednesday?

Thanks.

This is the last part of the letter from Tad's site:

USHPA will hold the hearing during an open session conference call, where members may call in and listen but won't be able to speak. Call-in instructions and documents related to the expulsion hearing may be viewed by members in the Members Only section of the USHPA web site at:

https://www.ushpa.aero/member_expulsion_hearing-20150422.asp

I went to the site, but it just sat there with "LOADING" for a long time (an hour?). Here's what it looked like:

Sent to Mark Forbes:

Mark G Forbes,

Here is what I understand from reviewing what I can in a short time, since I still have to work to allow me to pay dues.....
Where the U$HGA board is wrong, is in using a "bylaw" which prohibits Bob K from bringing his own legal counsel to the witch trial scheduled for tonight. U$HPA is bringing Mr Herr for counsel, and Bob K can not be held to a bylaw that attempts to remove his constitutional right to legal representation as well.

If the board continues this dog and pony show without allowing Bob K to have legal advice on hand, (as the board certainly will with Mr Herr), it is quite likely to eventually result in the legal dissolution of the club. Since Bob is asking to be legally represented, he seems to want U$HPA to conduct this matter legally and to remain.

Is that subversive, or American? Please consider the future of the club, and the US Constitution (and its legal protections) when making your decision tonight.

Has anyone been able to down load the phone number yet?
Please post it so I don’t miss the trial.
Oh NO! That’s right. No one is allowed to repost that information and not be expelled. I almost forgot. We are a secret org. We are forbidden to repost.
So Never mind.

Still loading but only for just a few minutes past one hour.
But I'm sure once the download ends and I click on the terms of use agreement the information will be for me only to have so I'll be of no help to anyone. Maybe Tad has the number and we can sneak it from him.

I think I found the secret. After an hour and twenty nine minutes loading I clicked on the terms of use agreement.
That must have been the hold up. It didn't occur to me that the terms would work before it was done loading.
Very shortly the e-signature page shows up but the terms of use were intimidating and I decided rather than put my membership at risk by some blunder I might make and since I know how things are going to go anyway my best course of action was not to click the button and close the page.
