Thanks Frank!!    It's good to have a "night owl" as a "Hawk".    ;)

Since the motion has been seconded, I'll cast my vote for yes as well:

  YES.

The floor is still open, however, for anyone who has reasons to bring forward why the rating should not be awarded.

Thanks.

Concerning Jim Fenison, I made some calls to Washington State since I don't know Jim.
Kamron Blevins has vouched for his experience level. (Need more be said?)
It appears to me that Jim is qualified to rate USHPA.

Sorry I'm late to voting, but I get the benefit of any research that my fellow TBDs have done.

Regarding the issuing to Jim Fenison's of a US Hawk's Advanced Rating, I vote   YES  .

Thanks Frank, Sam, Bill, and Scott.

That makes it unanimous, so I have posted the rating.

Thanks for your patience Jim.    :salute:

THANK YOU :D and thanks for checking up on me before finalizing the vote......nicely done.

I regret to inform that I was forced to re-up with USHPA last week to fly UShPA sites to test claims I am making on a patent I am developing.
I really did not want to re-up but I needed the safest hill in the area to fly from to test the claims I am making in the patent.
I secured an expert eye-witness who has as many years experience as i do and we pulled off the test before any other pilots showed up so the device would not be revealed to the public before filing.
it was fun to have to be sneaky about the whole thing and my expert witness is going to make a few bucks too.
Since he is the only other pilot who has ever seen my device (which has never existed before) he thought of another device (before I did) that can be added to MY device that could not have been thought of before the creation of my device.....lucky guy.
Once he told me...how about doing this?...I could have kicked myself for not thinking of it before he did...but..he is a great guy and totally deserving so I am happy he thought of it before i did.
I am either going to produce the device myself or offer exclusive production rights to a manufacture but you guys can bet that as soon as I can publicly reveal it the USHAWKS will be the first to see it.....thanks again...RS

There's nothing wrong with being both a USHPA member and a US Hawks member. We don't mind at all.   8-)

We don't focus on taking anything from USHPA. We focus on building what we want for our future.

Thanks RS for being an active participant in building that better future.   :salute:

I'm locked in to USHPA if for no other reason than to maintain my member number 7.

I have also tried, as a member, to get the org to change membership rules (no success). :(
