Crash Reports aren't always accurate
Reports are mostly done by the business or pilot involved trying to protect their interest or Insurance.
I've seen from,... different views on the crash to straight up lies & cover ups.
The injured pilot/spectator has few or no words ~ Just One of the many problem

~ The I don't recall ~ Often leaves it wide open to be falsified ~
