I opted out of the hgdotorg in 2011 (I think it was.) I didn't opt to log-on after that.

Look what I found. Herr Bob admits, his forum is really just his private property, just like evil Jacks. Herr Bob draws a direct comparison between his private living room and Jacks. :srofl:

Thank you Herr Bob for admitting so clearly in public, that there are no freedom of speech rights on this forum. This forum is exactly the same as the private Oz forum, and the private hg.org forum. You are all the same. Actually not quite. Only this forum has a censorship pen where Bob hides the gay men because Herr Bob doesn't like their speech. Sieg Heil! :salute: On with the Bob Show!

Herr Bob wrote:And what about my rights as an owner, publisher, and editor? You are very vocal and brave criticizing me page after page. Why is that fine for you to do in my "living room/coffee shop" but not in Jack's?

I never figured out if talking about hang gliding was forbidden in the Free Speech Zone but it doesn't make sense that it would be.

Hawk891, the "Free Speech Zone" gives you some ability to get your message out and to interact with other members of the hang gliding community so that you're not completely cut off from other pilots. It's yet another service we provide here at the U.S. Hawks that's unavailable on the other national hang gliding forums and associations.

Please be advised however, that your actions here may still be reviewed with respect to our terms of service and with respect to any applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Finally, I have personally found all attempts at discussion with you to be a waste of my time. So I don't plan to respond very frequently. My silence to any of your claims or assertions should not be construed as agreement or consent.

Best wishes, and fly safely.
