John flew again today for another excellent set of flights!!

BobK and JoeF practiced short talks to be delivered this morning at Los Angeles Board of Supervisors. Aim: wider window for recreational hang gliding at Dockweiler; report later.

We had a fun day of flying Tuesday after speaking at the Board of Supervisors meeting.
Between Joe and I, we must have flown well over 60 flights ... maybe more. The wind was west/northwest at a good speed (maybe 12 to 14 mph). Joe and I both made northbound soaring passes, but we only made one or two return flights to the south.
We cleaned up a pile of charcoal briquettes on launch and referred a number of visitors to the Windsports school during their business hours.
It was a fun day. Thanks Joe!!!
