Black's Beach Recreational Scandal continues
*STOP Commercialization and privatization of SD Parks
Tell City Council what you think or kiss our recreational rights Goodbye, Your rights have been stolen by the David Jebb Police Crime Family that is still in control with a manipulated expired lease using his false color of authority to block public access by violence, or arrest, forcing the public into a contract, to use our park, Torres Pines Gliderport

Steve "Baloney" Hadley... why.... because he is full of SDPD, City Council baloney, and is why our sport of Hang Gliding is being commercialized and privatized.

At Aprils La Jolla Town Council meeting Mr. Baloney shut down Bob K's Gliderport conversation because the leaseholder is caught ILLEGALLY robbing the Public By Force of Contact, forcing the public to buy insurance and access pass to our free park at Torrey Pines Gliderport.

At the May Town Council meeting, with zero opposing info,... Mr. Baloney was trying to stop the "Protect Act" by lobbing the Town Council itself and the public to an immediate vote. This is a SDPD, City Council disgrace to democracy., our laws, and American rights.

What needs to happen is We, (meaning more than Ernie And Bob K) Public Comment needs to put it in writing or Kiss La Jolla San Diego's recreational freedom Goodbye forever.
Mr. Baloney thinks you don't care because no one says anything.
Tell Tod Gloria, Joe Lacava, and Mr. Baloney, that it's time to go transparent to stop the corruption. Then Post your letter for everyone to see.

There is also 100reds of signature collected on Change Org, MoveOn Org, and a Clipboard, so you are not alone.

SDPD Scott "Runaround" Wahl, public relations coordinator, acted like he never heard of the Gliderport petition or issues at the April La Jolla Town Council meeting when Bob was shut down by Mr. Steven "Baloney" Hadley witch is protecting the David Jebb Police Crime family racketeering operation. Of course, Todd Gloria, Joe Lacava, or the SDPD won't talk about it

SDPD OFFICERS, Scott Wahl, Broaddus, Brandon, Del Toro, Ariel, Del Toro, Ariel
, all gave me the runaround because the Our City leaseholder Air California Adventure, Inc (The David Jebb Crime Family) is caught ILLEGALLY robbing the Public By Force of Contact, forcing the public to buy insurance and access pass to our free park at Torrey Pines Gliderport.

STOP SDPD, Old School City Council and Deep State corruption
, like Steven "Bowtie Baloney" Hadley, and others that have used and are currently using their color of authority to illegally commercialize and privatized Torrey Pines Gliderport and the sport of hang gliding across the country. they are diverting money into private accounts. They have me under threat of violence or arrest, they have stolen my recreational rights and charge every pilot in the country to use our free park. Torrey Pines Gliderport.

Hello Ernie

The reason that I haven’t responded to your email it because this is a civil issue between you and the glider port. You will need to follow the civil process. If a crime has been committed you will need to call the police department. If it is an emergency call 911. If it is a non-emergency please call (619) 531-2000.

Thank you

At the May Town Council meeting, with zero opposing public info was trying to stop the "Protect Act" by lobbing the Town Council itself and the public to an immediate vote. He talked for half the meeting, shutting out any opposition or the public voice. This is an SDPD, City Council disgrace to democracy, our laws, and American rights. La Jolla Town Council should not allow OUTSIDE ENTERPRISE, our Government or City Council members like Joe Lacava to govern the meeting.

Tell Tod Gloria, Joe Lacava, Mr. Baloney and the SDPD, that it's time to go transparent, answer the Gliderport Petition and stop the corruption within the City Council and the SDPD.

Then Post your letter. for everyone to see, Why because they have stolen your rights.
