We had a long day of evidence wrangling today (Monday, June 27th, 2022).

Robin Marien's lawyer (Christopher Saldana) attempted to exclude almost all of my video evidence, photographic evidence, witnesses, the Gliderport Lease, and all police reports. Saldana won on the police reports (since I was unable to produce the officers to testify to their reports), but most of my other evidence will be permitted to be shown.

It was a long and very difficult day trying to get even the most basic evidence admitted against Saldana's efforts to suppress it.

The case was not heard on Tuesday (June 28, 2022).

Jury selection consumed almost all of Wednesday (June 29, 2022).

Opening statements and testimony began on Thursday (June 30, 2022). Testimony was given by Margie, Dave Metzgar, and Gabriel Jebb (Gabriel Jebb's testimony did not conclude). There was no trial on Friday (July 1, 2022). The next scheduled court date is Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

well I know that BOB spent all of Today and He will spend the whole day Tomorrow , So that He will be fully prepared to win His law suite. His law Suite will be happening on Tuesday 7-05. It must be a GOOD deal that BOB has PUT PREPARRING FOR court, by working on getting everything required by giving up doing anything else this Saturday and Sunday. Getting on top of all this working with Due Diligence will Pay dividends. For by getting prepared. He having prepared His Court case by sacrificing His Saturday and Sunday. That Way Bob will be able to go Flying on the fourth. Then He can Get to Bed Early on Sunday Night. Wake up with a refreshed Body and Mind. Bob will then walk into Court with His Mind all refreshed, and be on His way towards winning His Lawsuit.

July 7th, 2022 was a dark day for freedom of speech in the state of California.

Yesterday, a jury of 12 people in San Diego Superior Court awarded approximately 1.8 million dollars to Robin Marien, Gabriel Jebb, and Air California Adventure for the speeches posted earlier in this topic.

Yesterday, a jury of 12 people in San Diego Superior Court condoned assault, battery, and false arrest by Robin Marien and Gabriel Jebb against citizens who simply want to be in our public parks.

This is par for most cases. Taking the control away from the
locals that have to support one another is where the law is used for justice rather
than using the law as a club to enforce one’s will.
