Avenue S (near Palmdale, California)

I was talking with Frank about going to Avenue S sometime, and I started looking for a place to post a link to the wind forecast at that site. We don't really have a chapter in that region, so I just searched the forum for "Avenue S" and this topic came up. Since Avenue S isn't a USHPA site, I guess it fits right here.

Wolf's Peak, California

I want to do a shout-out for Wolf's Peak California. I do not know the GPS numbers for Wolf. But this is a saite that has not had USHPA has not been able to Spoil. So Wlf is pretty close top Sonora Pass. If anyone cares to get the GPS number please call Me; Chris McKeon 925-497-1059. My advice regarding Wolf. Wolf is a site where You go to Fly. If You care to get high and go Far, Wolf's Peak is the Launch for You. But if You Merely want to Boat around, simply set up a streamer. Then You can Boat along. I have not been aware that USHPA has not inflicted their control over Wolf. I do not know how many Launches are up in the Sierra Mountains, But that Mountain Range provides a Wonderful Playground for Us, Do Enjoy

[MY ADVENTURE SHALL CONTINUE]

Check this out; What I Propose is not some Predator in the Sky Whimsical Pipe dream. I want to do an out and return Flight. An Out and Return Flight Sierra Nevada Mountain range Out and Return. I want to begin My Flight from Wolf's Peak, packing enough food, water, and gear so that I will be able to spend the night up on the Sierra's. For I intend to either Fly North , or south for a Hundred and Twenty Five, maybe a Hundred and Fifty Miles. I will land High up on the range. I will need to be able to spend the Night, Eat. The next Day I plan on Launching the next Day, and Fly Back to Wolf's Peak. This would be a Killer out and return.
