Yes, and that's part of what's broken in our legal system. A person's wealth (and ability to afford legal resources) should have no bearing on the administration of justice ... but it clearly does.

No. The judge would not allow some of the most important evidence in the case.

David Jebb's confessions in that video expose the stark differences between a business like Windsports (at Sylmar) and a business like Air California Adventure (at Torrey). Can anyone imagine Joe Greblo or Andy Beem bragging about sending people to the hospital on their way to jail?

Sadly, many of the folks at Sylmar (and especially at USHPA) have not understood the abusive and toxic environment created at Torrey by David Jebb and his followers. Thanks for being an exception Doug.

Years back there was a picture of a crashed North Wing motorized trike that the Border Patrol said crashed as a result of dropping a bale of Marijuana. They said that it caused the balance to be too far off and caused the trike to crash. I’ve had 900 flights in motorized trikes and know that to be a BS story. Because the trike will shift and automatically center under the wing and fly on with weight shift control. With three axis control the weight and balance would be off and cause a crash.
A more likely scenario is that the BP chopper flew over the trike in an effort to force the trike to land but the Down wash of the chopper broke the hg wing and that is how the person was killed. By Border Patrol.
