Wow! Thanks for all the work Bob K!
If it were not for all of Margie’s work in posting all these edited Youtube posts I wouldn’t have know all the time Bob has put into an effort that really should be cut and dried. An Advisory Board! Made up of all the stake holders.
It is obvious to me what is going on here. It is too bad that we can’t follow the money. What other excuse could there possibly be. What would be the possible downside to following the resolution after the settlement in 2007?
People wonder why it is sometimes that people snap!
This kind of foot dragging would have me over the edge.
I have noticed your growing indignation throughout the posts as time has dragged on Bob.
You are much slower to visible anger than I ever could be Bob. :o

I think the tandem lessons should have the right away because the lesson fee gives the student that right to believe his/her safety will not be compromised by rightaway rules. These paid lessons are of economic priority to the city of San Diego.

The council meetings should be on a level children can understand. A group of disgruntled hang glider pilots want a vote on the council. We admit we are disgruntled and our civil rights were suspended in the effort to build the best paraglider school in the nation. Our input from this point on is to better the site without loss of commercial viability. A simple animal diagram explains the situation: Those who can vote are: Pterodactyls(Towed gliders) Robots(R/C) Jellyfish and Dandy lion seeds(Paraglider) but note "Birds and Bats"(single and double surface hang gliders) have no voice. Our civil rights are being violated.

SHGA uses an orange streamer on the kingpost of all signed-off hang 2s so you can identify them and keep clear.

Are you sure about that. Maybe someone closer to the happenings, than you or me, could let us know if the amount of tandems affects the City.

rightofway (writer way) triggers my spell checker but at least it got pterodactyl right.

What if a tandem wants to teach right-of-way rules to the student? That tandem will need to be treated normally.

Students buy hotel rooms, restaurants, gas, go to Sea world and the Zoo.

If hang glider pilots are not given a voice then pamphlets could be put on car windshields at all San Diego's tourist destinations outlining the civil rights violations (explaining it simply) and also drawing comparison to the Mayor and 9 women who came forward. Maybe the 9 women were also denied hang glider flights? It seems there is a culture of corruption in San Diego. Get a list of politicians blocking the hawks, and start an organized smear campaign against them.

San Diego disrespects Birds Bats, and Women.
Maybe you should take your family on vacation somewhere without the bullying and blatant disregard for civil rights.

Tandem instructor? Yes I can agree with this. So switching off/on the right of way rules does not sound that safe, and teaches the student bad habits.

In minimal conditions, tandem flights might require the right of way to stay up. That is in the $$ interests of the concessionaire, at the expence of all the other air traffic on the ridge.

It is a bit difficult to understand your logic.
