Hey Bill, you've sure got my "MO" figured out.

Here's the email message I sent to Jeff this morning at 9:17am:

Hello Jeff!!!

Welcome to the US Hawks Hang Gliding Association!!

I've just read your post, and I'll move it to the MO Hawks
forum as soon as I hear back from you. We have a policy
that new members are restricted to the "New Users"
forum until they reply to an email message at the address
they used for their registration.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I look forward to
your reply and seeing more of your posts on the forum.

Sincerely,
Bob Kuczewski

I haven't heard back yet, but if you happen to know that Jeff is a real person, I'll be happy to move his post based on that without waiting for a reply. Just let me know.

By the way, thanks for all your great welcoming posts on the forum Bill. You are a great ambassador for the sport!!!

Here's the email message I got back from Jeff confirming interest in hang gliding:

Hi Bob,

Thank you for getting back with me. I am definitely interested in connecting with folks in Missouri as close to St. Louis as possible.

I have talked to folks in Illinois about lessons etc.. already as well.

Peace,

Jeff

Welcome to the sport of Hang Gliding.  And glad to see you posting here on US Hawks.

I'd be glad to help out any time you are in the SW Tx. area.

Did you find the 'locals' in your area?

Let us know how things go.

Jeff1979,
I used "Bing" search engine and typed in Missouri hang gliding and found many links to click on.
Contact (email) some of them and haul them back here to the Mo Hawks forum so we can ask them about flying in Missouri.
