This linkage might talk to Safe-Splat designers:

Indeed the world of linkages may one day provide landing legs of happy character.

Thanks, BobK.
Rather be flying ...
But along the lines of some future HG mastery athletic landing schemes, some hints might be taken from:
\
Stephan Braun and Inertie

or from
german wheel

We have earlier in this Safe-Splat topic thread some hint of fore-aft surround circle frame toward some Safe-Splat concepts.
The above two wheel videos might play in such direction. How some future hang glider athletes will conduct themselves in niche flight activities
is anyone's guess.

Big roll and pop-out wing for launching? Pop into big roll for landing sequence? New directions for training wheels?

Hi #5,

Asking for
Peace

Graeme really stuck his foot in his mouth on this "aggressive flying" topic. He's trying his best now to smooth it over.

Too bad he turned the topic into the "Greame Show", again.

IMO, aggressive flying does exist. It's relative to the flying site, surely. Regardless, at a critical portion in a flight a close encounter can effect the safety margin.
