The fire ant version was so cool, I couldn't resist clicking on the carpenter ant version.
Now I see why you posted the fire ant video.
I am somewhat surprised that the aluminum stayed molten long enough to get down into all those tunnels. I would have expected the ground to cool it solid before it could get that far. I wonder if he had to do any "pre-heating" of the colony first?
