Business model overhaul has less to do with hang gliding than true purpose of powered light aircraft training.
Pitching the gofundme as a hang gliding thing is not very honest.
Lefay, Axaopolous & Forbes are all selling a lie that gofundme donations are funding a "hang gliding student factory".

It's been a long time since I've seen Mark Forbes in person, but this is how I remember him in his role as U$HPA's Election Committee Chairman:



In the spring of 2010 I was in a recall election running against Bill Helliwell. I liked Bill, and I didn't campaign very hard at all. I figured if I lost, then I could run against Brad Hall in the fall. But during the election (while votes had already been cast), Mark Forbes pushed through a change to keep me from being eligible for years to come. Yup, it didn't matter who did the electing as long as Forbes controlled the nominating.
