I don't know who edited/produced that video Bill, but it gave me a headache just watching it.

Maybe it was made for the ADD generation?

Update:

That video starts out with a terrible chopped up editing frenzy that looks like the editor was trying to experiment with every tool in their software package. Then it switched to a rap music video that I thought was YouTube just moving on to the next video in their play list. So I stopped it right there and didn't realize that the interview hadn't even started yet. It wasn't until I decided to watch it again that I noticed that the video was much longer than I'd thought. The actual interview hadn't even started when I bailed out on the first viewing. The remainder of the video was much better (although I haven't watched it all yet), and I'm posting this update to let folks know that it gets better than it starts out. Thanks Bill.

I had the same thoughts about the bad editing
at the beginning. I should have posted where to
start the video to eliminate the prattle.

Thanks for the video Bill. I finally finished watching it.

On the topic of "COOL" (Country Of Origin Labeling), Shad Sullivan said that the 4 main processors complain that it's too expensive to differentiate the country of origin of the beef they're processing.

I have to agree with Shad. How can it be too expensive for beef producers to mark country of origin and not too expensive for the manufacturers of every other thing marked "Made in China" or "Made in Taiwan" or "Product of Mexico"?

Quotes from Shad Sullivan:

"Selling our souls to other countries"
"Where does this beef come from?"
"Work hard and never give up."
