I was taking to Martin, he was telling me that runway at the Leakey Airport is way too short for towning. He asked about you and T-bone, I know T-bone is fasinated with the short strip runway and does not want to go anywhere else except there. To get some good altitude it has to be a longer strip, Martin said if there is an opportunity this Saturday he wants to go to Hearne where the run way is longer 7000 ft. It will be hard to get pilots out there with a short runway, towing must be done else where an open field that has a lot of room, dirt road, empty hwy, airport that has at lease a 5000 ft runway... Hell, we can use the road that goes out to Eagle Pass hardly no one is on that road only truck every now and then no telephone wires something like that goes for miles. Well, Safe flying Sam... I even talked to Randy Simonsen and told him about this site and said that he will join up in a few days... I was trying to talk him out of flying that meat tenderizer paraglider that he flys and get him back into his hang glider so he can start flying hang gliders again which are a lot safer then those things that pound people into the ground, I've told him before to get off that quick fix crap and get into a real wing, he is thinking about it, he said it was hard to stop once you get started flying paraglider, just gotta keep getting that short fix. We all know what happens to those things they loose control and adios amigo for good, it's over in less than 5 seconds. GAMEOVER
