The topic of pedophilia was introduced into the discussion by way of Jack Axaopoulos on hanggliding.org several years ago. At the time, Al Hernandez had made a comment that Jack didn't like. Jack banned Al and then changed Al's post to read "I like to touch little boys" as if that's what Al had actually written about himself. This was one example of a long and continuing series of abuses by Jack Axaopoulos on hanggliding.org. Bob Kuczewski had been critical of Michael Grisham and others for not speaking up against these kinds of abuses on hanggliding.org. That is the source of pedophilia in the discussion.

Bob Kuczewski is the person who brought the subject of pedophilia into the discussion.

Bob Kuczewski has associated my good name to an act of pedophilia in the following statement:

I demand a retraction and apology of this post associating my good name with an act of pedophilia.

First, this is another violation of the agreement in the registration of the US Hawks membership agreement stating:

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “US Hawks Hang Gliding Association” is hosted or International Law.

Once again this is a clear action on the part of Bob Kuczewski to defame and slander my name and reputation in the Hang Gliding community with an association to pedophilia.

I did not join a Hang Gliding forum to engage in discussions on sexually-orientated pedophilia.

I believe Bob Kuczewski has falsely accused me to be associated with an event or act of pedophilia.

I hereby declare I have no knowledge of the event or act referenced by Bob Kuczewski of pedophilia.

I have no knowledge of who Jack or Al is in the event or act referenced by Bob Kuczewski of pedophilia.

I have no knowledge of a conspiracy of persons in the event or act referenced by Bob Kuczewski of pedophilia.

Your post looks disingenuous. There never was an, "act," of pedophilia concerning Al H.
While on social media using my name I strive to choose my words carefully so as not to appear like a triggered troll.

Ninety-nine point nine percent of the readers just like me know absolutely nothing of the circumstances of Bob’s statement describing an act of pedophilia. Bob Kuczewski is associating my name with whatever went on in a description of pedophilia with the inference that I am somehow involved or I don’t care about taking a stand against pedophilia.

It would appear to me, Bob is doing exactly what he is accusing Jack of. Bob = Jack.

This is clearly a shovel full of manure coming my way, and to be clear, if Bob tosses a shovel full of manure my way, he is going to get ten shovel full’s of manure back.

I have not changed a single character of what you've written and you know it. I've added a moderator's note to clarify your highly and intentionally incendiary comment.

Jack replaced Al's entire post with the sentence:

     But I like to touch little boys.

The U.S. Hawks forum gives you the freedom of speech to call them equal, but It's YOUR credibility that's being damaged by such a clearly false statement.

Jack Axaopoulos not only changed the text of Al's post, but Jack Axaopoulos also changed the title to "Hanggliding.org Rules!".

Also note the false statement that it was "last edited by al hernandez" in that picture. That's another lie. It was last edited by Jack Axaopoulos.

As I said, you can call them equal, but that only taints your own judgement.
