Justify what? Did you read the rest of the post? This is a matter of dispute AFTER having paid $50.000 as agreed in the contract. Who says there even is a case of infingement? There's two sides to every story. Seems some will only listen to Bob's. That's not fair.

The specific case of obvious copyright infringement of the Seedwing Hang Glider,

Where's the obvious part? Did you read my post? Seems some are totally blinded by Seedwings Inc. that no matter which argument is made in favour of Seedwings Europe noone will listen.

Hello astronaut and others trying to work this out,

I'm on travel right now, so I can't really dig into the details, but I appreciate hearing the other side. That's a start toward resolving this, and I hope we can make some progress in the near future.

The recent announcement regarding the closing of Wills Wing in California brought up a reference to "Seedwings" by DaveSchy (thanks Dave). I remembered the Seedwings name controversy from over 10 years ago and looked up this topic.

At the time of this topic (2011), the U.S. Hawks forum did not support uploading of PDF files, and I had typed in the contract posted earlier by hand with some proofreading help from Joe Faust (thanks Joe!!). Since that time, the U.S. Hawks site has been upgraded to support PDF attachments, so I have added a copy of the contract (downloaded today from http://tinyurl.com/Seedwings1992contract) below.
