I know, I know: Here II go again putting Up Yet another Post where I talk about My Desire to Once again to go back up to My Happy Place, up in the Sky. Now that This Six Foot Three Predator Pilot is now weighing a Pound or Two Under Two Hundred Pounds. I imagine that if I do indeed Fly My One Fifty-Eight Predator again. i might find out that I should see if I can: {Scale Down} and see if John might help me to procure a One Forty-Two Predator. I am all into regaining My Health. I have regained a whole bunch of what was Me, before I pounded. But there Are certain aspects of My Physical stats that I do not think I will ever recover. No, I do not think that I will ever weigh Two Hundred and Ninety-Eight Pounds. again.

So: this Six-Foot Three-Inch 158 Predator Pilot regarding My losing weight i now at a Holding point, I stay as far as My Weight goes. I am what I would cam a rite around being a 200 Pound Pilot. Yes, I might weigh 198 pounds then the next Day might weigh 202 the one day. So here I am thinking about how {THE POUND DIET} would work. But Oh Boy! II do not want to spend another three Months laying on My Back in a Coma in Intensive Care again!

Does anyone have some good tips on sharing How to easily loose 15 or 20 pounds?
