In my recent speeches to the City Council I've been including a link to the November 9th, 2014 video and a copy of USHPA's unjust expulsion.These are the 4 broad categories in USHPA's expulsion notice:

1. My expert testimony in the Hamby case
2. My filming of Gabe Jebb's helmet violation
3. Starting a club that might compete with USHPA
4. Speaking to the San Diego City Council.

I've attached the full letter below, but I just want to focus on the items related to my filming of Gabe Jebb on November 9th, 2014. Here are those items from my expulsion letter:

2. Endangering safety of paragliding and hang gliding operations involving members of USHPA, USHPA Certified Instructors, and USHPA Tandem Instructors at the Torrey Pines Gliderport (TPGP) by, among other things:

a. Disrupting training of students at TPGP;

b. Continuing to disrupt training of students at TPGP, after being asked to stop by TPGP personnel;

c. Being in the active airfield restricted area of TPGP for purposes unrelated to flying;

d. Remaining in, and refusing to leave the active airfield restricted area of TPGP after being asked by TPGP personnel to leave;

3. Endangering the existence of an historic and important hang gliding and paragliding site,
namely the Torrey Pines Gliderport;

They sound pretty bad don't they? Now watch the actual video and see what really happened::

Are USHPA's kangaroo court charges supported by any facts .. at all?

I was looking for some documentation for my petition for review (California Supreme Court) when I came across your post above. I just spent 18 very enjoyable minutes listening to Arlo Guthrie's "Alice's Restaurant". Your quote was perfect: "if you want to end war and stuff, YOU GOTTA SING LOUD"

I just happened to find this video. I remember seeing it at the time, but I don't know if it's ever been posted here on the U.S. Hawks.

I don't think the reporting was very fair, but that's the way the TV news is. They just want to get their story published and move on to the next.

You'll notice Robin Marien saying that "he sits there and shoves a camera in your face". But the full video (not fully shown by 10 news) shows that Gabe Jebb clearly walked all the way up and put his face in my camera.

It also turns out that I was right that they cannot ban me or anyone else unless they can show some actual proof of violations. They never have, and I've been able to go there ever since. I'd have been flying there all these years if it weren't for USHPA's retaliation and expulsion.

So, I have been watching this Video. It fun to see where Flying started for John. Well, what want to do now is to find the address so that I can Mail an SASE Envelope. That way if I mail a SASE to? I will hopefully get a Waiver mailed back to Me. This way, I will be allowed to Launch whenever I want to.

I have no idea if I will make it down to Southern California this Year, but I do Want to have My: [DUCKS IN A ROW|.
