It's hard to see in your video and I'm not familiar with your exact model harness, it kinda looks like you have internal shoulder and chest straps besides what I'm used to. Maybe there is no problem with that configuration.
If you're unable to lift the glider until you have at least a little tension on the mains or leg loops, it's possible that your hook in height isn't optimal. Hard to tell, I usually go with a fist distance between basetube and chest parachute.
Im hoping that your missing your left suspension line can be solved by a "walk through" to check harness tension and routing after your hang check.
