I called Torrey Pines today and asked if they had any Humble Pie left... They hung up.

Ok, I'm kidding but BK sure served them a huge piece.

Good job, Bob!!

It was reported by Mark Forbes (OZ) that he may have been arrested again today for trespassing at Torrey?!?! Anyone else hear this?

Your suspicions were correct. At this time 24 hours ago I was in jail.

After winning the court case, I returned to the Gliderport for our Torrey Hawks Second Sunday. I went to the counter to sign in and Robin Marien told me that I wasn't allowed on the property.

Robin Marien again called the San Diego Police and had me arrested (again) for "trespassing" on the Torrey Pines City Park. Once again the San Diego Police gave me the ultimatum to leave or be arrested, and once again I asserted my rights to be on the property. Again I quoted from the lease and offered to show it to them directly. They didn't care. They had already had their "powwow" with Robin Marien, and they were going to back him regardless of what I said. The ties of corruption run deep in the San Diego Police Department.

I was charged with trespassing and I was in custody from about 2pm to 3am (plus or minus an hour on each end). A friend posted my bail of $1000 and I have another day in court.

It doesn't surprise me a bit that Mark Forbes was one of the first to post this. He and Robin Marien and the Jebbs are thick as thieves.

I'll post more later ...

Actually I recommend first, federal charges against the San Diego Police Department,- violation of United States Code Title 18, Chapter 13, Conspiracy Against Rights, Section 241 and 242.

As per my layman’s understanding and you can check this with the Civil Liberties Union that recently the ten years cap of general detention incarceration has been removed and now can be enforced for a longer period of time and the ten thousand dollars maximum cap has also been modified and the previous cap was also removed.

The State of California also has a parallel law.

Then there is $5,000.00 in civil damages that you can also petition for.

Next is a lawsuit against the USHPA. They have failed to perform.
This is what I would pursue if I were you. Next I would hire a lawyer to pile on his/hers ideas of appropriate compensation for your legal expenses and punitive damages.
