And as I am standing there at Torrey , distracting them all, .......7 of my "rebel" friends drop in from a specially designed Blimp, (help me out Frank) , each one doing some "wingovers" and "loops with smoke", using a full range of historic Hang Gliders and "PILOTS". They will be doing some "touch and goes", and dropping leaflets, historical pictures, and "discount tickets", to the spectators , about "UP" coming events.
My new, banned from u$hpa, "rebel" friends, are using this 1 year anniversary of the two dead pilots, to "Keep hope alive" for the family's of the fallen, and they fly this day also in memorial. As more hang gliders drop in from above the original 7 fly to a landing site where they will give interviews to the "media", and prepare themselves, once again, for the jebb / u$hpa onslaught .
" how dare you fly in "our" airspace here at Torrey?, and put "our""riders" and "our" spectators at risk of injury, " jebb hollars.

The "Facts" are (and have been), there in black and white, and "red all over".

Because of inadequate Police Force funding San Diego has created a monster in David Jebb. David Jebb admits this but had the courage to take on his demons and heal the emotional wounds he sustained in his service as a police officer. David started a successful flight school and found flight to be a partial solution to his PTSD disorder. David also took on long ocean voyage in further attempt to heal his condition acquired in the line of duty.
we can only hope David finds peace in his future and we direct all blame onto San Diego for creating the monster with in him.


Allowing BobK to fly Torrey Pines again will help in resolving the injustice the City of San Diego has burdened us all with.
I ask you all to reconsider the issue.

I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your friend Frank.

As I read through the accident reports, there's been a careful skirting of the pilot's ratings, so I called USHPA to find out directly. I spoke to Erika Klein and introduced myself as Bob Kuczewski. I asked for the rating of Glenn Bengtsson. Erika looked it up and confirmed that he was a member with a number over either 100,000 or 101,000 (very recent numbers). Erika said it was very "weird" that no other information was showing. Then she began asking why I wanted to know. I told her that he was one of the pilots involved in the Torrey Pines collision. Then I asked for Raul Valerio's rating. That's when Erika said she would transfer me to their Executive Director Martin Palmaz. Martin didn't answer so I left a message.

At this point I am suspecting that your friend was a victim of the same kinds of gross negligence that injured Shannon Hamby a few years back.

The Hang Gliders shops downfall was with intent to crush the sport of Hang Gliding. to eliminate the shop and replace with two more containers, that's off limits to general public use, that we are paying for under a dictator racketeering operations threat.

As I complained about they problem. years later, the current leaseholder operator Robin and Jebb Jr, had my glider rolled into the parking lot for the surfers to find, then threatened me in the parking lot with Meth sales, in front of several employees including the VIP meth dealer.
How dangerous,... the dealer had a petri that contain the HIV virus witch I have a personal problem with.
