Barbara Bry held a series of Zoom meetings today. Ernie attended one and I attended another. Here's a screen shot from the meeting I attended:

Barbara Bry is in the upper left, and I am beside her (hang glider in the background). I've blurred all others in this screen shot.

Here's my question and Barbara Bry's response:

Bob: Barbara Bry, this is Bob Kuczewski. I'd like to know what you're going to do about the Torrey Pines Gliderport, the bullying, the deaths, and the retaliation for people who testify?

Barbara: I've talked to Ernie about that in an earlier segment this morning, and we will be back in touch with you. Thank you Bob.

Bob: When?

Barbara: As soon as we get information from the City. Thank you.

She will get back to me "as soon as we get information from the City"??? What does that mean? We met with Barbara Bry 4 years ago before she was elected. We met with Barbara Bry again shortly after she took office. We had a huge meeting with her just this past summer. I have spoken almost every week at San Diego City Council for the last 10 years. What information does Barbara Bry need to get "from the City" to figure out what she's going to do? And who does she mean when she says "the City"? Isn't Barbara Bry ... "the City"?

Anyone reading between the lines can see that Barbara Bry is dodging an issue right in her district. Barbara Bry had lots of detailed information and was very knowledgeable about every other topic during the meeting. But her response regarding the Torrey Pines Gliderport was half dodging and half nonesense.

I was 2nd to speak at the 1st meeting:
Carmel Valley / Del Mar Mesa / Torrey Hills: 9:30 - 9:45 a.m.
I was cut out of the meeting after speaking and could not attend the rest of the La Jolla sections
Torrey Pines: 9:45 - 10 a.m.
University City: 10 - 10:15 a.m.
La Jolla 10:15 - 10:30 a.m.  

The tec ph. number listed was out of service, so then after texting the Zoom meeting, I received a reply

My speech
I started by complimenting her on the great things she has accomplished.
I made statements about the recent shut down of the Gliderport. due to re-opening and Non Compliance to Covid 19 regulations. 
That I'm concerned about the reopening of the Torrey Pines Gliderport under current management, what is her intent ?

I have $400 bill in Fee's
Part of which is insurance and the other part is a club fee's
...... (None of this required by normal Law)
Club fee's now has become a mandatory pass, an EXTORTION FEE to use the park Our public With Our pilot moneys going into private accounts.

She acted like she had no clue, which is a total lie,. Never answering the Questions of her intent,
I told her that we have a pile of correspondences from her office, with generic City Council reply's, going nowhere..
Right in front of everyone. I told her it's on her desk. As she choked up her reply.
Then she told me to enter my contact information in the chat box. As I scrambled to post on the chat box
Barbara Bry cut me out of the rest of her meetings.
She had no Idea there was two other's showing Up, one being Bob K the other a unnamed witness.

My Closing statement was, that I think that she could make the proper changes protecting our recreational freedoms.

Since then,...  I've been approached by the Town Council:

She was asking for more information which I provided and a letter sent just Yesterday 15th with Barbara Bry's Generic reply,
I will not disclose yet,  Bob K, has a copy, I think

It's been a year and a half since the two deaths at Torrey.

This is Bill's quote from March 13th, 2019 at 9:22 pm:

Having first hand knowledge about the military and paragliding connection it wouldn't surprise me one bit to find that San Diego, the Torrey concessionaire, and the military have a sweetheart training arrangement. It would explain away Robin M, council woman Bry, and the entire City council's aloofness and contempt for the public's legitimate call for oversight.

That hypothesis is still the best explanation I've heard.

Now Todd Gloria and Barbara Bry are running for Mayor of San Diego and Georgette Gomez is running for the United States House of Representatives. All three have aided in the cover up at Torrey.

Paraglider, 27, rescued after falling into ravine at Black’s Beach

SAN DIEGO (CNS) – A 27-year-old paraglider from San Diego was injured Sunday when she lost lift and tumbled from the sky into a ravine next to Citizens Trail at Black’s Beach.

At 2:13 p.m., lifeguards and firefighters were called to the scene of the accident off 2800 Torrey Pines Scenic Drive, said Lt. Andy Lerum of Lifeguard Services.

The woman had taken off from the Torrey Pines Gliderport with several other paragliders, Lerum said.

“She lost her lift, came tumbling down and injured herself on impact,” Lerum said.

Lifeguards and firefighters placed her on a stretcher and hoisted her from the ravine and up the cliffs to Citizens Trail, a popular route leading to Black’s Beach, Lerum said. She was taken to a hospital for evaluation.

Where does this kind of misrepresentation originate? Who is telling reporters that "losing lift" results in "tumbling down" and injury?

How many ways are there to lose lift? Airfoil failure or Downdraft of wind. They left it up to our imaginations. With a downdraft you can still bail out at the beach. What were the tides at the time of the accident?

BACKS BEACH PUBLIC RECREATIONAL SCANDAL IS PUBLIC EXTORTION BY CITY "SNACK SHOP" CONTRACT.
Mayor Faulconer's, Todd Gloria's & Barbara Bry's Corrupted City Council Agenda
The Gliderport Leaseholder (SDPD DAVID JEBB CRIME FAMILY) is forcing me to buy insurance $200 yearly (not required by Law), and a Gate pass/membership,... $200 more totaling, $400 annually. The snack shop wants $200 for an annual pass, if not $10 a day, like I'm a visiting pilot or tourist. This is not a club anymore,... It's illegal collection of funds, INTO PRIVATE ACCOUNTS, to use a free park, made up by the snack shop, while We are under threat of violence, personal loss, and now illegal arrest for trespassing Blacks Beach, a free public park...
