Little Hawk goes to Funston

Postby Bob Kuczewski » Thu Jul 19, 2012 8:44 am

I was visiting Fort Funston for their club meeting, but I found some time to set up Little Hawk for the locals. Some of these people are hang glider pilots and some are spectators who enjoyed the opportunity to get some hands on experience with a hang glider. The smiles speak for themselves. :)

In addition to being an excellent ambassador for the sport, Zach also took a few runs with Little Hawk. This animated GIF shows one example:

Hi Margie, your sewing work on "Little Hawk" makes you the "Betsy Ross" of the US Hawks.

Here are some links to photos of Little Hawk in action:

Bob,

What a great "ambassador" for the sport! And you don't have to pay him (or her) and you don't have to tell him/her what to say to people. The little wing speaks for itself! And so do the people having fun with it!
